Anti-Bullying
Teachers play an important role in preventing bullying behaviours and creating a positive school environment.Many times however teachers are unaware of typical signs of bullying behaviours and therefore are unable to nip it in the bud. At Resolve Now, we have designed a comprehensive course to cover these issues.
We believe in a proactive approach. Participants are taught to identify signs of bullying, and are shown techniques to tackle them effectively.Skilling up staff leaves teachers feeling empowered, with the tools they need to create a safe atmosphere in school.
Personal Safety
Teachers will have greater awareness of how pupils may be effected by inappropriate touch and relationships and how damaging it can be. Staff learn to appreciate the power they have in protecting children and keeping them safe from harm. In this session teachers are given the tools to help pupils as well as to know what to do in difficult situations.
Understanding Emotional Health
What is emotional health? Understanding the symptoms of some of the most common mental health issues seen in schools today. Teachers will gain fundamental knowledge in being able to identify the differences between regular difficulties and serious challenges. This will enable staff to deal with issues in the most efficient way possible.
